CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  • If you wish to cancel a consultation service, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. A full refund (after deducting payment gateway transaction charges) will be processed. For cancellation, email us at contact:info@MyAstroVastu.in with your order details.
  • If cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before 36 hours of placing the order, cancellation will be solely on the discretion of My Astro Vastu Team.
  • No refund or cancellation will be accepted after 48 hours of placing the order.
  • No refund shall be made once a consultation has been availed, regardless of it’s outcome.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within seven business days.
  • If we fail to deliver the consultation within 30 business days, a full refund will be issued.
BANK ACCOUNT / PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION

The Client is under an obligation to provide his / her banking information as and when required. For that purpose, the obligation of the Client is: –

  • The Client agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the Client shall not use a debit / credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The Client further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.
  • The Client may pay the fees required, to the Website by using a debit/credit card or through online banking account. The Client warrants, agrees, and confirms that when he / she initiates a payment transaction and /or issues an online payment instruction and provides his / her card / bank details:
    • The Client is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions.
    • The Client is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate.
    • The Client agrees, understands, and confirms that his / her personal data including without limitation to details relating to debit card / credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and / or fraud and that the Website or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.
